I managed an extended AI-first organization across product design, content design, UX research and brand. I shared the CPO role with the CEO, leading our core company bets around AI, growth and subscriptions (now in beta). I also headed the People Lead guild, trying to improve our people management, hiring and budgeting practices.

Led product/design work & freelancers for our AI-led medical recruitment startup, growing traction across APAC and middle-east. The team has since pivoted to streamline international hiring.

Joined this CX agency to lead strategy, design and creative direction on fintech & corporate clients. Yearning for more product work, I resigned to focus on the startup I co-founded earlier this year, Docdocjob.

I joined headless teams or full design orgs to improve operations, manage designers and lead design work on complex challenges. I brought agency in uncertain times to companies such as Holoplot (leading the team through a redesign and releasing the product running the Las Vegas MSG Sphere's sound system), Taxfix (launching the French tax app while exploring the US market), Zalando (building the tool replacing Excel for their buyers), GetYourGuide (connecting teams to fix their post-booking experience) or even Autodesk (Forma/Spacemaker, helping create early AI interpretability & explainability patterns).

Joined as a freelancer and was promoted within a month to assume leadership, scaled the team to 8 and supported C-suite through organizational changes during a major redesign and brand refresh. Covid cut the adventure short for me, but thanks to our efforts, TourRadar recovered faster than its competitors.

Deployed at Renault-Nissan to lead 3 teams across HMI, apps and SaaS projects, releasing major apps in Europe and the US. Led design work for Mercedes & Amazon, exploring 'delivery-to-your-car' and led the team on our internal car experience prototyping tool, Drive Athena.

Started as creative technologist in an Ad agency in Paris. Then moved to Berlin and joined Omio (called GoEuro then) as their first UX-focused designer. Moved on to join Zalando’s innovation projects team.
